AVEU and contact

The website and digital environments are operated by NISH, trading as Aveu and established in Valkenswaard, the Netherlands. KVK number: 76241432. VAT number: NL003067122B41. Email: info@aveu.nl. Website: aveu.nl.

Website and stockists

AVEU presents its collection and refers visitors to independent stockists. AVEU does not sell directly to consumers through the public website. Website content is not a sales offer, stock confirmation or reservation. A purchase is made only from the stockist; that stockist's prices, terms, payment, delivery, returns and customer service apply. Confirm product details and availability with the relevant stockist.

Partner environment and business orders

The partner environment is for authorised business users only. Keep credentials confidential, provide accurate information and report suspected misuse promptly. Any account terms accepted when access is granted also apply. A business sale is formed only under the order and B2B sales terms made available before signing; those specific documents prevail if they conflict with these terms. A sales agent cannot bind AVEU or a retailer and may not sign for the retailer.

Use and intellectual property

Do not use the website unlawfully, harmfully or deceptively, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service. AVEU's name and marks, designs, photographs, text and presentation belong to AVEU or its licensors. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial use; other copying, adaptation, publication or commercial use requires prior permission unless permitted by law.

Availability and liability

AVEU may change, suspend or end digital environments and content and does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted availability. Links lead to services operated by independent third parties. To the extent permitted by law, AVEU is not liable for loss caused by incorrect or unauthorised use, temporary unavailability, or third-party services and transactions. Liability that mandatory law does not allow AVEU to limit remains unaffected.

Dutch law and changes

Dutch law applies. A dispute is submitted to the court having jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. AVEU may change these terms for future use; the date above identifies the current version.
